Litigation

Daniel has been the lead trial counsel in dozens of judge, arbitration and/or jury trials, and he has been the lead litigation counsel in over hundreds of other cases. Representation of corporations, officers, directors, and stockholders in SEC enforcement investigations and proceedings centering on fraud on the market, insider trading, market manipulation and other securities fraud claims.

Representation of stockbrokers and financial advisors in employment disputes, promissory note cases, injunction actions, nonsolicitation and raiding cases against their former broker-dealer.

Daniel has been engaged by other law firms and their clients from around the United States to represent them in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia courts either as local counsel or lead counsel.   Litigation clients of the firm have included federal and state court judges and other lawyers.
